Who we are
This website is operated by Ansh global LLC FZ under the ANSH Global name. For questions about personal information submitted through this website, contact info@anshglobal.ae.
Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company name if provided, enquiry type and message. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use the details you submit to assess and respond to your enquiry, communicate about the relevant opportunity or project, and maintain related business correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. By sending the form, you agree to our use of your submitted information for these purposes.
Website security and service providers
Our hosting and email provider, AEserver, processes website traffic and email as part of providing those services. The contact form uses a temporary security cookie and short-lived security records to validate submissions, prevent duplicate messages and limit abuse. Security records use hashed network and email identifiers; they do not contain your message. Hosting logs may contain network addresses and request details. Authorised personnel and service providers may access information as needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations or protect against misuse.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a relevant business relationship or meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We review information for deletion when it is no longer needed. The form does not create a separate marketing database. Its rate-limit records expire after one hour and are cleared on subsequent activity; temporary session data is subject to server cleanup.
Your choices
You may contact info@anshglobal.ae to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable legal obligations before acting on a request. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
External websites and updates
Links to venture websites lead to separately operated sites with their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when the website or its information-handling practices change.
